ESC Gaming have confirmed to HLTV.org that they will fly to Denmark in two weeks time, in order to defend their Copenhagen Games title.

The management of the Polish team contacted us earlier today to confirm that the team will be on site at the 20,000€ tournament in Copenhagen next month.

Last year the Polish team won the tournament by defeating SK Gaming 2-0 in the grand final played at 4AM due to heavy delays. The Poles are one of the 24 invited teams for the main tournament, meaning they will be skipping the qualifier on Thursday, the first day of the event.

ESC travel to Copenhagen to defend their title

ESC Gaming will travel to Denmark with a first place finish at the IEM6 World Championship in their bags. They could face off against Natus Vincere once again in Copenhagen depending on how the tournament bracket pans out.

Copenhagen Games will take place at Øksnehallen in the center of the Danish capital, running from April 4-8 and HLTV.org will be on site throughout the whole tournament to provide you with full coverage.
